Chef Daniella Rahm is a Jamaican-born vegan Vegan Chef. She has worked as a vegan chef and caterer for over 20 years in world-class restaurants. After first being trained in vegan cuisine in the world-famous Soul Vegetarian Restaurants in Atlanta, Washington DC, Cleveland, and Chicago, she helped establish the Soul Vegetarian Restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida in 1997. She has also worked and trained in The Taste of Life Vegan soy factory located in Dimona, Israel learning to make various vegan products from scratch (sausages, tofu, burgers, soy milk, etc….). As a vegan food chef and consultant, she is traveling nationally and internationally helping to open Soul Vegetarian vegan restaurants and food trailers. Her unique Jamaican style blended with down-home southern cuisine has produced authentic vegan recipes that have delighted customers the world over. Chef Daniella’s love for life and peaceful living keeps her creating and exploring new horizons in the vegan universe as the whole is edging towards veganism. Now in Kenya East Africa, she is sharing her wonderful vegan food with the Kenyan people. Good vegan food is her passion as she seeks to establish Africa as a powerhouse for veganism and healthy living. As a grandmother she hopes to teach future generations about the virtues of organic vegan food preparation.
